Privacy Agreement for FinSMarket

Terms and Conditions: User trust is extremely important to us, and we are well aware of the importance of personal information to our users. We will take corresponding security measures and make every effort to protect the security and controllability of user's personal information in accordance with legal requirements. Therefore, the service provider of FinSMarket (referred to as "we" has formulated this 《Privacy Agreement》 (referred to as "this agreement") and reminds users that this mobile application respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all service users. In order to provide users with more accurate and personalized services, this mobile application will use and disclose user's personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, this mobile application will treat this information with high diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, this mobile application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without the user's prior permission. This mobile application will update this agreement from time to time. When users agree to this agreement, it is deemed that users have agreed to all the contents of this agreement.

A. Scope of this agreement

  1. The personal registration information provided by the user when registering for this mobile application account as required by the mobile application.

  2. The information automatically received and recorded by the mobile application when the user uses the mobile application network service or accesses the mobile application platform webpage. This includes but is not limited to the user's IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software information, and web page records of user requests.

  3. User personal data obtained by the mobile application through legal means from business partners.

The following information is not applicable to this agreement, and the user understands and agrees:

  1. Keyword information entered by the user when using the search service provided by the mobile application platform.
  2. Information data related to the user collected by the mobile application, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details.
  3. Behaviors that violate laws or the rules of the mobile application and measures taken by the mobile application against the user.

B. Information usage

The user understands and agrees that:

  1. The mobile application will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade the user's personal information with any unrelated third party, unless it obtains the user's permission and/or the required authority's permission in advance.

  2. The mobile application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely disseminate the user's personal information by any means. If any mobile application platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, the mobile application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.

  3. For the purpose of serving the user, the mobile application may provide the user with information of interest to the user by using the user's personal information. This includes but is not limited to sending product and service information to the user, or sharing information with the mobile application's partners with the user's permission and/or the required authority's permission so that they can send information about their products and services to the user.

  4. To better optimize the services provided to users, we may analyze the user's data from third-party institutions, including but not limited to telecommunications operators, banks, consumer institutions, etc., in legal circumstances.

C. Information Disclosure

The user understands and agrees that this mobile application will disclose the user's personal information in whole or in part according to the user's personal wishes or legal requirements under the following circumstances:

  1. With the user's prior consent, disclose to third parties;

  2. With the user's prior consent, share the user's personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services requested by the user;

  3. Disclose to administrative, judicial agencies or other third parties as required by laws, regulations, or administrative and judicial authorities;

  4. If the user is the complainant of intellectual property rights and has filed a complaint, with the consent of the user and at the request of the complained party, disclose to the complained party in order to resolve possible rights disputes between the parties;

  5. In a transaction created on this mobile application platform, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills the obligations of the transaction and requests information disclosure, this mobile application has the right to provide the necessary information, such as the contact information of the user's transaction counterparty, to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;

  6. Other disclosures required by laws and regulations.

D. Information Storage and Exchange

The user understands and agrees that the information and data collected by this mobile application about the user will be stored on the server of this mobile application (located in the Republic of Singapore). This information and data may be transmitted to the user's country, region, or the overseas location where this application collects information and data, and be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas (in the Republic of Singapore).

E. Use of Cookies

The user understands and agrees:

  1. Without rejecting the acceptance of cookies, this mobile application will set or access cookies on the user's computer to allow the user to log in or use the services or functions of this mobile application platform that rely on cookies. The use of cookies by this mobile application can provide users with more personalized services, including promotional services;

  2. The user has the right to choose to accept or reject cookies. The user can reject the acceptance of cookies by modifying the browser settings. However, if the user chooses to reject cookies, the user may not be able to log in or use the network services or functions of this mobile application that rely on cookies;

  3. The information obtained through the cookies set by this mobile application will be subject to this agreement.

F. Information Security

The user understands and agrees:

  1. The account of this mobile application has security protection functions, and the user must properly keep the user's username and password information. This mobile application will ensure the security of the user's information by encrypting the user's password and implementing other security measures to prevent loss, misuse, and alteration of the user's information. Despite these security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the internet;

  2. When using the online transaction services of this mobile application, the user inevitably needs to provide personal information to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty;

  3. Data subjects have the right to request deletion, cessation of processing, or utilization of personal data. If the user wishes to exercise the right to delete, please contact the customer service center.

G. Changes to this agreement

The user understands and agrees:

  1. If we decide to change this agreement, we will publish these changes in this agreement, on our company's website, and in other appropriate locations so that the user understands how we collect, use, and disclose the user's personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we will disclose this information;

  2. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, so please check it regularly. If there are significant changes to this agreement, we will notify through the website.

Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your username and password for this mobile application have been leaked, please contact customer service immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.
